About Me

My name is Suely Carneiro, I’m a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Lactation Educator Counselor.

I am a natural care-taker who believes in the transformative power of loving support. My mom, Tiloh, was a lovely and nurturing person whose care of family and friends inspired me to become a Doula. Growing up in Brazil, I saw my mother, and so many women in my family and community, empowering and supporting each other during all phases of lives: through births and deaths, joy and loneliness. It is an honor to uphold my mother’s legacy as I continue to walk alongside families as part of their postpartum journey. 

After years of working as a nanny and witnessing the postpartum transition firsthand, I felt called to focus on helping families through this exciting and exhausting transition. Since becoming a postpartum doula, I haven’t looked back: this is truly my passion and calling. Each infant and family I work with is unique and fascinating: I look forward to meeting yours.
