If you book me for either daytime or nighttime support *before* the baby arrives, I include a preparatory visit to your home to help you get organized and ensure you have what you need. We can discuss gear, registry items, diapering, swaddling and your postpartum plan.
Every family has its own needs and dynamics; based on yours, our time together may include:
Infant care
Guidance on newborn care, including swaddling, soothing, bathing, cord care, and diapering
Support on emotional and physical recovery
Breastfeeding/formula feeding
Healthy sleep support
Establishing a new routine
Help siblings and pets with the transition
Connecting you with helpful resources and local referrals
Light housework and organization including tidying, washing/sanitizing bottles/pump parts, laundry, online errands, light meal prep.
Unlimited text support for the duration of our time together
Daytime support
Minimum shift of 4 hours
Overnight support

24-hour live-in care and travel doula services
If you need to take a trip with your infant or require 24-hour live-in services, I am open to limited contracts providing this type of comprehensive support.
Virtual Consultations
I am also available for one-hour virtual consultations to help families establish their post-partum plans and troubleshoot any issues with the transition.
NOTES:
Packages can be customized to your needs. Thirty minute phone consultations are always free and come with no obligation.
Overnight support is focused on sleep support (for parents, baby & household) & night-feeding support.
Doulas are not medical providers and do not diagnose or provide medical services. Always refer to your provider for medical concerns.
