You deserve
to be Supported

preparatory visit

If you book me for either daytime or nighttime support *before* the baby arrives, I include a preparatory visit to your home to help you get organized and ensure you have what you need. We can discuss gear, registry items, diapering, swaddling and your postpartum plan.

Every family has its own needs and dynamics; based on yours, our time together may include:

  • Infant care
  • Guidance on newborn care, including swaddling, soothing, bathing, cord care, and diapering
  • Support on emotional and physical recovery
  • Breastfeeding/formula feeding
  • Healthy sleep support
  • Establishing a new routine
  • Help siblings and pets with the transition
  • Connecting you with helpful resources and local referrals
  • Light housework and organization including tidying, washing/sanitizing bottles/pump parts, laundry, online errands, light meal prep.
  • Unlimited text support for the duration of our time together
